What is a good CPU for the Z97M-Plus

I'm wondering whats a good CPU for my Motherboard The Z97M-PLUS. It supports 4th and 5th generation i3/5/7 and not 6th (So no 6600K and such) and thats under 250~300 Canadian Dollars. Right now I have a pentium anniversary g3258 and its  doing its job well but I would love more power especially when trying to play games such as GTA-5.

i5 4460 is a good option if you're not going to overclock; 4690k if you might consider overclocking, however might push you over your budget with taxes,

well with it being a Z board, you should put a 4690k or 4790k. Those are really your best choices to take advantage of the overclocking available on the board.
