Windows partition full. Need to resize it.

You should in theory be able to delete the Ubuntu partition (or resize it I think*) and then expand your Windows boot parititon into the newly unallocated space.

Installing programs on your HDD won't cause compatibility problems. May make launch times a bit slower because it's a mechanical drive but certainly not the end of the world.

Hi.

My computer has one ssd and two hdds. Naturally mi operating systems are on the ssd which is 240 gb.

When I installed my operating systems (win 10 and ubuntu), I decided to split it in halves. Turns out I'm running out of space in the windows partition

because of my programs and I can't afford uninstalling any of those because I need them all.

My question is, is there any way to resize the windows partition without having to reinstall it? I'm willing to reinstal ubuntu but I reaaaaaaally wouldn't

want to reinstall windows as it's a pain in the a$$.

If I can't, when installing new programs, can I install them in my other hard drives? Would that create any compatibility issues?

I'm kind of a noob when it turns to tweaking windows as I'm an ubuntu user since 12 years ago, so sorry if my questions are dumb.

Thanks for your reply.

One last question. When I installed windows, it created various partitions. "C" is the one that must be resized, right?

"C" is your Windows installation. It'll be the one you would want to expand.
