I keep seeing double replies, is something wrong?

In the last 10 minutes I've seen like 4-5 threads where when someone replies and its replied twice (And I've seen it maybe one other time in my time on the forums). Refreshing the page, the duplicate replies are still there. Is something wrong or is it something on my end?
