System Reserved Partition

Ok, I know that the partition is very important to windows, like booting and such. Before, I had my Windows on my HDD. Now I got an SSD and installed windows on the SSD and cleared the HDD. The Partition is still there, and when I take my HDD out (has partition on it), my PC decides not to boot to windows. I'm wondering if I could just Move the partition over to the SSD.
