Did it will make any advantage to buy a ATX motherboard instead of micro ATX up to the same configuration .

Gigabyte has a really handy tool on their website which allows you to compare motherboards against each other.

First go to the product page for the B150M-D3H.

In the upper right corner there should be a button that says "add to comparison list". Click on that.

Now go to the product page of the Sniper B7.

Click on the same "add to comparison list" button you clicked on before, and then press "2 items,Compare Now".

 

That will give you a list of all the similarities as well as differences between the two motherboards.

The size, by itself, doesn't matter too much. What matters are the features. An mATX board might have better features than an ATX one, it depends on the 2 models you compare.

 

In your case, I ask: do you realize what's the difference between those 2 mobos? No? Then you can pick either one, it'll not make a difference. If you do, however, then 9/10 you can decide for yourself which one to pick.
