Hi, I'm wanting to build a new gaming PC that will also be used for streaming and uploading games to Twitch and YouTube. I need help with finding parts to make a great streaming rig. I'm wanting to start from scratch, so I'll also need help picking out peripherals. There is no exact budget but I don't want to go over $3000 (USD).

Thanks for helping me if you do!

Dude. Who use those 10000rpm hard drives anymore? Please. Normal 7200rpm hard drive plus a SSD for OS is already great.

If it is not broken, let's fix till it is.

Should I get a last gen X99 processor or go with the newest one and pick up a GTX 10 series GPU or a RX480?

a $3000 pc is more than enough for dual gtx 1080s, don't bother with the rx 480. the difference between the 5820k and 6800k is only $20, get the current gen i7, your budget should be able to fit.
