Any suggestions for smallest Mini Itx case? but not too much expensive. around $100 probably

I like the 202 suggestion.  There's also the Node 804, which is a little bigger and has more features.  Fractal design has some of the best itx cases.

 

If you want to go super small, there are cases meant for passive cooling or embedded solutions (like an intel celeron or amd apu).
