Silent UPS

 I'm looking for a home UPS that is about 1500W, but has to be silent.

 Some of them, including one I had, had a noisy fan inside that could not be controlled. Most of the ones I looked was about 45db, definitely audible and annoying.

Unfortunately that is not possible with such high wattages the transformer needs active cooling to keep it from overheating. What are you trying to power exactly you may be better off with multiple smaller units that don't require as much power of you have many devices your plugging in.

Is there any brand with an active cooling as quite as a PC (not a noisy one)?

Not that I know of with that kind of wattage, unless you get multiple small units like this which don't have active cooling. However most UPS's are silent under regular use it's only when there is a power outage that it has any noise at all.
