Hi All,

I just received my Sapphire nitro rx470, plugged it into the PCI-e slot, added the 8 pin power and turned on the computer.  My display works however it seems like the computer is not detecting the GPU.  GPU-Z doesn't appear to really recognize the GPU, CS:GO will not boot as it says my drivers are not complete.  I did go to the sapphire site and downloaded the latest drivers but i'm not 100% sure if it has worked.  The other odd thing is that when i plugged the GPU in, windows did not automatically detect any drivers like it did with my old GTX 660.

Any ideas on troubleshooting this?  I can't even run cinnebench OpenGL currently.

well i ended up downloading the driver software directly from amd and that fixed the problem.

That's what you are suppose to do.

You get the drivers directly from either AMD or nVidia.

Thumbs up to you for figuring it out! xD
