"Permanent" USB Drive? [W10]

Ever since I did a fresh install of Windows 10 there is a "permanent" USB drive in "This PC".  Drive "E:"

 

 

It's nothing to do with my F: drive (external hard drive). There isn't any other drives plugged in. 

 

In Devices and Printers I can see the drive and can remove it, but it appears again on a reboot.

 

 

 

Anyone know what it can be and how to permanently remove it?

disconnect all other usb drives temporarily

Press start, type "partiton" 
an entry will show "create and format hard disk partitions"

when it loads (will take up to 30s)
take a screenshot and post here

Go to device manager and uninstall the driver for that E drive. Shoudl be easy to identify.

Tried it. Restarted the PC and it appeared again.

Try cleaning your registry with ccleaner for example.

Just tried. Still there.

I disabled the device in device manager. Restarted and it's no longer there. That has fixed the issue, for now.
