Well I saw a little black thing in the viewfinder of my Canon Rebel T5 so I checked the lens and it seems there was no dirt on it. So I detached the lens from my camera only to be shocked to find that there is something on the viewfinder inside. (see picture) Is my viewfinder damaged?

try wiping it off with something soft and clean. Probably just a spec of dust. Happens to all interchangeable lens cameras at some point. you just have to clean it out every now and then.

Probably something on the focusing screen, use a camera cleaning air blower first before using anything to wipe it.
