Ordering hardware globally

Hi forum! 

First off I'm not sure if this is the correct category to post this. So the problem is I live in South Africa. Electronics are extremely expensive here compared to online store, however most stores or products aren't available to ship to SA. I would even order off amazon if i could. So the question is does anyone know of any online stores from overseas with good prices that do ship here to South Africa (obviously I want a reliable store please), or is there anyway around amazon shipping such as another company being able to ship the product for me from overseas?

Last quick thing if anyone has suggestions on a decent (not looking for a crazy machine) laptop for around 500$ that would be great. I found that the Lenovo y700 was on amazon for 499$ and seems like a bargain.
