PS4 Controller Modding?

Im thinking of replacing the D-Pad and the Triggers on my dualshock 4. Anyone have any recommendations for tools,parts, and other things i may need?

My son customized his controllers using the E-Mods kits, doesn't improve functionality but they look great.
