Look at a RX 470 or an RX 460 for the graphics card and stick with the i3

Stick with the i3 6100. Even though it cannot overclock, it has hyper threading which will help cover the lack of cores. The G3258 will have a lot more issues compare to the i3.

Not a 460.  It performs worse than 950

I would get a RX 460 just because it's $20 cheaper right now and performs similarly + better in DOOM if you like that game

For your games, 950 (overwatch, GTA). But maybe wait for a lower price or use the mail-in rebate.

The GTX 950 75W is basically the same card but it won't overclock as high I'd get a full 6-pin powered 950 so you can OC it

I'd upgrade the PSU to the one I linked or the EVGA 600B

Rest of the parts are fine.

I'd say this one.

Could probably hit 1.4GHz if you OC it

If you're not going to OC, don't bother paying more and get the cheapest.

Yeah its stock clock is 1.19GHz

Can probably OC higher than its advertised boost clock with more voltage
