Having multiple routers on a network can cause issues in many areas including DNS, DHCP, NAT and so on. If they're not set up correctly, they'll just end up competing with each other and causing conflicts and errors.

Why do you have the second router on the network? If it's for wireless expansion, see if you can set it to access point mode, as that will likely solve the issue. You could also set all DNS options to the same external DNS server, such as Google's public DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) which may solve DNS errors.
