Netflix lag

I've been experiencing hitches in Netflix where it makes my cursor or computer in general lag during playback, but no other video player does this.

Does anyone else have this problem and if so did you fix it, and how did you.

I have tried clearing cookies and a few other things last month but none of them fixed this problem.
