BSOD System Thread Exception Not Handled

Hi! For about a month now I'm experiencing errors in my computer (bsod). Basically what happens is if I leave my PC open idle for a while (approx 10 mins) it gets this blue screen error saying " SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED"  then the PC restarts to the login screen.  Please help me in solving this problem :) Thanks in advance.

Im using Windows 10 as my OS
