Possible next upgrade?

Hello forum. Below is a list of components in my current gaming PC.

I am looking for suggestions on what to upgrade next.

 

I7-3770 (non-k) turbo boost 3.9ghz

asus z77 mobo

Corsair H60 CLC

16gb kingston ddr3 ram @1600

Gigabyte G1 Gaming 1060 6gb

Samsung Evo 850 500g ssd

1tb toshiba storage drive

Thermaltake 650W psu

5 Corsair AF 120mm purple LED fans

1 Corsair AF 140mm purple LED fan

1 Corsair SP 120mm (for H60 rad)

All wrapped up in a Razer NZXT H440

 

I am using an Asus VG248QE Monitor (24" 144hz 1080p)

Razer deathadder chroma 10,000 dpi

Razer blackwidow ultimate stealth 2016

Razer Man'o'war 7.1 2.4gz headset

and a razer goliathus gaming mat

 

I am quite enjoying the razer green on the case paired with the purple fans.

 

Here is some performance numbers.

 

Using prime95 for 30 mins my CPU max temp was 58c and averaged 55c throughout.

My asus realbench overall score was 98,134

 

 

In game FPS

 

The Division: 

Max settings 80-85 FPS 

World of warcraft 80-85 FPS to be expected as division and WoW are very large open worlds with tons of objects needing processed at any given time

Rainbow six siege 144 FPS on max settings (max at refresh rate with vsync)

Overwatch 144 FPS on epic settings

 

 

If any upgrades, what would be recommended to do next? I have seen a couple options, 

 

Option 1: New mobo / ram / cpu as in z170 and skylake i7 and ddr4 which would run around $550-600 usd

Option 2: upgrade to a Gtx 1070 and move to the ASUS ROG gsync 27" 144hz 1440p monitor, this option being around $1200 usd

 

Thoughts?

I would personally for option 2. the 3770 isn't going to bottleneck the 1070.
