Razer Keyboard Issues

I am trying to change the lighting profile on my Razer Blade Stealth and I cannot. When I hold down the fn key to change the profile, it dims the keyboard as It should but then when pressing the numbers to change to their corresponding profile, only numbers appear in text feilds. I opened razer synapse and it seems to have disabled the fn keys for all my profiles and I cant seem to turn them back on?

try to reinstall the software and see if that works
