Yes, the quality of the internal components gets progressively better, but they're all excellent choices with quality components.

B2 is worst of them all and is not made as similarly as the G2/P2/T2 are. The B2 is one of the best values in PSUs out there, often being about 70 dollars for the 750W version. It's still very good quality. The G2/P2/T2 are all roughly the same but the T2 is still marginally higher quality.
