After deciding to build a gaming PC from scratch and asking for a few opinions from here -

I decided to go with the build suggested by @shadowbyte

Now, here is the issue - I live in India where prices are pretty high for any component and I have only the choice of online stores, namely -

1. www.amazon.in

2. www.theitdepot.com

I was wondering if anyone could give a look over this build and suggest some optimizations so that the price remains under INR 80k, or if really needed, can go upto 90k.

I plan on using this rig for gaming(Witcher 3, The Division, Assassin's Creed Syndicate - would like around 60 fps on Ultra) and productive work(College Student).

I would love for the build to have a bit of lighting and look aesthetically good.

1) building pc in india with overclockable processor is not worth it ..... in india cost of aftermarket cooler adds and also cost of z170 motherboards which are also expensive.

2) cryorig coolers are not available in india.

3) going with the fastest single GPU is much better than dual gpus ...... if you want more graphics power u can sell your old graphics card and buy new one.

4)u can buy offline as you can get much better deals .... about 5-10%.

considering 90k this is what i suggest ......

1)Processor - i5 6600  ₹17,000

http://mdcomputers.in/processor-1381904142/high-end-796148921/intel-processor-core-i5-6600-intel-6th-gen-z170-chipset-lga1151-socket-6m-cache-up-to-3-90-ghz.html

2) graphics card

nvidia gtx 1070 -₹40,000

http://www.primeabgb.com/online-price-reviews-india/gigabyte-gtx-1070-g1-gaming-graphic-card-gv-n1070g1-gaming-8gd/

3) motherboard - msi b150 ₹7,000

http://mdcomputers.in/msi-motherboard-b150m-bazooka-intel-socket-1151-6-generation-series-cpu-max-64gb-ddr4-2133mhz-memory.html?search=msi b150

4)Psu

550w or above would be fine just get a branded one, not cheap , check psu tier list here  will cost around ₹8000 or less.

get from tier 3 or tier 4 ...

5)ssd-

zotac 240gb ₹4,300

http://www.primeabgb.com/online-price-reviews-india/zotac-ztssd-a5p-240g-pe-ssd/

6) hard disk- ₹3,700

http://www.amazon.in/Blue-Desktop-Internal-Drive-WD10EZEX/dp/B0088PUEPK

7) ram- 8gb ddr4 2133mhz whichever you can find at good price will cost around ₹3,500

motherboard has 4 ram slots so you can add more in future.

8) leaving u with ₹6500  for case.

Good luck building your pc!!!!!
