Need Extremely cheap GPU watercooler

Anyone got any recommendations for a really cheap GPU watercooler? My 270X runs WAY to hot for a 270X, and I would like to fix it. Plus I plan to move it to the bottom slot where it will be getting almost no airflow (For F@H). I was thinking that NZXT thing but I need a good watercooler to go with it. Needs to be 120mm. Preferrably black tubes. Needs to have a SUPER slim block (Clearance issues). I woudl like to spend no more than $70 (total on everything). I also probably need a way to cool VRMS and stuff too. Honestly, you should just keep that 70 sell your 270x and get an RX470 or save like 40-50 bucks and get an RX480

Cooler Master Seidon 120M. Also, some cheap copper things from Amazon will be fine.

270X aren't worth more than 90 dollars, so i'd just sell it and get a used 280/x/290/x or even a 970 for folding instead.

80C under load at stock voltage and a 100Mhz OC. 78C at stock everything. Fans at 100%

thats not to bad my 280x hits 90-95 under load

Something is wrong with your airflow...70C max with 20% fan with 1305MHZ on my 270X.

what case do you have and how many fans

I mean my CPU radiator is in the front of the case but 1. It didn't do that a few months ago

2. This is without CPU load with HW monitor reporting about room temperature (push/pull watercool config)

There isn't any. Already taken the cooler off and redid thermal paste

Nzxt h440 with 2 NF-F12's in the front (radiator) and 2 Antec Fans from a old machine (behind the radiator) for a push pull. Those are in the front of the case with a stock NZXT fan in the bottom slot and the other 2 fans directly above the cpu cooler trying to get heat out as fast as possible, rear fan never moved
