So, I have a question... I've noticed some air flow issues in my case (mostly from my terrible cable management) that I want to optimize. I want to place 7 Corsair AF140's in my case... and 4 Corsair SP120's on my H100. Are AF series of fans optimized for moving air better in the case? Or should I just go all SP fans? I know SP are good for radiators, however I'm not sure why. Could anyone clarify case fans vs rad fans?

AF fans move more air (CFM or cubic feet per minute) but aren't capable of efficiently pushing that air through radiators and heatsinks, while SP fans generate more pressure (but move less air) and that air is all capable of going through dense areas (like rads etc.)

Oh all right, thanks. So the setup I'm presuming should work... should work? Since i'm only using AF fans for moving air and SP for my H100.

Corsair SP fans aren't that great because of the frame shape. It doesn't cover the whole rad so air leaks out. I would recommend nocturnal f12's, scythe gentle typhoons, Silverstone APs, or gelid wings

But if he's going to buy new fans might as well get better fans for the same price. SPs are good but not great

Hmm... been looking at the ones suggested. The Typhoon's look decent, however, are there any fans that have pure white blades or frame? Linus's livestream, he mentioned that only the NZXT's have white, which I already have since I have the Switch 810. I sort of care for aesthetics, however if anything, even related to aesthetics, I think I would go for Noctua, I like the broad feel, I suppose.

Fractal fans have white blades with a black frame, though I'm not sure how well they stack up in terms of static pressure.
