Graphical artifacts in NFS

Hey, so I got a new PC and among the first few games that I installed was Need For Speed. However, it shows a lot of white dots on reflective surfaces, and I don't know if the graphics card is dying. 

It's more noticeable in-game but also in this live-action/pre-rendered shot (headlights, mostly)

What do you guys think? Is the GPU dead?

whats your pc settings you've set in-game?

I don't think that's what happens when GPUs start to die but I've never had one die so I wouldn't know.  It seems like the card is having trouble rendering the reflections on the car so try updating drivers or switching up reflection settings.

I chose the optimal settings, but changing stuff didn't seem to help

strange... TAA should iron out the shimmering introduced by detailed reflections... maybe try uninstalling your drivers with DDU and install clean drivers
