Building it yourself isn't that hard, just watch Linus's videos. I'm 13 and I can build them, I built my first when I was 12.

Save your money and learn to do it yourself.

 

Watch some videos about PC building, find a good video that you can follow along with the build on your build.

I believe NCIX will build a computer for $50 if you buy all the parts from their site.
