So I recently just got my new PC running with a new 4k display and am using an older 1080p TV i used to use as a second display. However for some reason the resolution on the TV is way way worse than it has ever been. The 1080p display is having some items display a white shadow behind them. Any ideas as to what may be causing this? Thanks in advance.

Hardware specs might help.
