Looks fine to me, I would, if your budget allows it, go with 16GB of ram instead of 8...

Or go with the stock cooler and use that money saved from the Cryorig H7 cooler for more RAM.

It's better to get a dual kit (2x8 GB) at once since those sticks belong to the same batch.

Getting the same stick later will leave you with sticks from two different batches, which also have a small chance of not working well together.

That Xeon is an i7 without the iGPU (you don't need it with a dedicated graphics card) and it'll perform the same as an i7-6700 in games. Even outperforming it when overclocked. It's also cheaper.

Same or better (maybe because it's the same CPU but picked to have lower power consumption/thermals and a longer lifespan because it's called a Xeon).

Wtf... It's 1151 but you need a motherboard that supports it. That's why I chose the ASRock board, because it can overclock that Xeon.

No needs to overclock for me. That 5+ fps is not needed because the 1070 is already a beast. Im fine with the i7 (saw some gaming benchmarks where the i7 had 60 fps on 970 and xeon had 45 fps on 970

Well fine then, but how would the same chip perform differently.. If you're so content on going with the original build that you listed, it's fine. I just try to get as much performance as physically possible out of the budget.

The V5. The Skylake one. Also, the 1231 v3 is the i7 Haswell. The V5 is the i7 Skylake.
