File deleted..or?

Greetings.I had a recording on the bandicam folder.I left it there and then when i wanted to use it it wasn't there..neither in the recycle bin.I used recuva but i didn't find anything from bandicam deleted and neither of the files they show me is the one i needed..Any suggestions? Win 8.1 64bits

If 3rd party software can't find any traces of it after it was dumped from the Recycle Bin, then I'm sorry to say but you're pretty SOL.

What format was the file? It it was say, a .wmv video file then you could just search for every .wmv(or any file type) through your computer. Just go to My Computer, and in the corner just type ".wmv" or what ever the file extension is, then sort by date or what have you.

 

Are you absolutely sure you didn't delete it? You could have, and the Recycle Bin has a tendency to empty itself.
