Your best bet might be to RMA that 8320.

But for 115 pounds you might be able to get a new FX 8300 or 8320E

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

You can check out the old one that gave joy to so many across the land here

Getting a good cpu with 115 pounds is nearly impossible, and if you are getting a different socket type of cpu, then you have to buy motherboard too. You definitely have to buy used cpu, and mobo.

Yeah I'm definitely getting used parts sick of amd last 5 years cpus have been bad I quit with them

If you have something like Craigslist, I'd search for a Sandy Bridge combo if the seller is willing to test and show that it works.

If you have the boards for 1150, try to find a cheap Pentium 325x or i3-41xx. That should last you for a while.

Not by a significant margin. If you're looking for a more permanent solution I'd take the 6300 or 6500 like Energycore suggested. No bottlenecks.
