1 - uninstall GPU Tweak
2 - uninstall the driver via DDU
3 - install the latest driver available cleanly
4 - don't fuck with things you do not understand

Just use the mobo BIOS or fan program to adjust system fan speed.

Use Wattman to tweak your RX 480.

it was not working I think  I will buy a fan controller  I have 3 wire fan and they seem to run at full speed with the mother board header

ASRock H110M-HDS Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

I set fan to  0 just to test to see if fan control works and still same speed

I have two Asrock mobos in my systems. They all work fine.

I know the BIOS might be different. Try to find if there are PWM and DC mode. 3-pin fan needs to be in DC mode.

I could not find a dc mode

I dive in to my Asrock UEFI(haven't done it for a year). My mobo is Z97, so one gen older than yours.

Go to H.W. Monitor, choose whatever CPU or case fan control. Choose 'customize", pick whatever % fan speed and temp points. Click exit, then click save and exit. Then you don't click "save", the change will not be implemented.

I hope the Z97 UEFI is similar to your H110.
