Need help upgrading Cpu and Memory

I just upgraded my gpu just recently but now im looking for a decent gaming cpu preferably 1 that is a quad core since i think my cpu is holding back my gpu and as well as my memory in some cases.

I'm on a very tight budget ($60 to be exact) and i can't find a good cpu and some memory that will get the job done smoothly for me.

 

System Specs Currently:

Cpu: AMD Phenom 8750 Triple-Core

Motherboard: ECS GeForce7050M-M 1.0

Memory: 1x Adata 2 Gb DDR2 800 & 1x Kingston 512Mb DDR2 800 (Total of 2.5Gb)

Gpu: Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 6950

PSU: Antec Basiq 500W BP500U

If you are really tight on budget the only upgrade path is this but ehh you should save up instead.
