So I've been looking for a new mouse and keyboard to replace my current crappy and basic peripherals and I've sorted it down to 2 Keyboard/Mouse combos which seemed great for me. I would buy a separate mouse and keyboard but I'm currently on a super tight budget which means I don't have alot of choice. I would like to hear from you guys, which one of the following do you think is overall a better deal and would be better for gaming (mostly FPS) as well as general use. If you have any other suggestions, feel free to share them as long as it's under $35.

CM Storm Devastator 2

Thermaltake esports Commander

(Disclaimer: Its a blue switch)

Can't recommend you a mouse since I don't know the size of your hand and or grip you use.

Thanks for the suggestion, I shall look into it, as for the mouse I have a palm grip and my hands are fairly average sized.

Alright, can you suggest a solid mouse for under $30 for a palm grip user?

Tough choice. If you have big hands the bare minimum is the G402, which is over budget. A smaller and cheaper mouse is the G302, but it's not as ergonomic for most palm grip users.

I've seen that video before and gotta say the Talon Blu does look pretty compelling but I can't decide between it and the Logitech G300s since both are similarly priced. Which one would you suggest?

Its a mix bag for me if I try to decide. The Logitech g300 looks more comfortable for me(big plus) but I really hate all of that button clutter on the left and right mouse button. Those button look so clunky and would piss me off daily. The talon mouse is just not for my hand size and probably has to be the right fit for it to work. I consider being comfortable a key priority( for casual use) and programmable keys for gaming. I have the g602 for gaming and Logitech MX master for casual use.

What would you recommend for me then?

The Devastator 2 is a great option... It's switches are much better than traditional keyboards... They are hybrid mechanical, essentially "poor man's topre".... The mouse also has an Avago 3050 Optical Sensor, so it is fairly accurate...(But definitely not for competitive gaming)

I am using the mouse currently (I am palm grip user) and it fits my hand really nicely...

For $30, you really can't get something better...

I recommend you to not buy anything, you will not gain anything from upgrading cheap to cheap.

Don't you... If you are using a cheapass $2 mouse from eBay, upgrading to the Devastator makes a HUUUUGE difference, especially in FPS games!

Additionally, not everyone has $100 to splurge on peripherals...
