There are sometimes my PC just freezes my peripherals work fine its just my OS that keeps freezing!

Windows Key + R ---> cmd ---> sfc /scannow

Windows Key + R ---> Powershell ---> Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

 

It'll do a thing, then you need to restart.

sounds more like a malware/cookie/ problem or a software conflict.

what games did you load? and does this happen with gaming/streaming?

Nope no gaming was happening during that time

It should have other drivers & instructions in that website too. I'm pretty sure you can update your bios with a usb in bios or straight up from windows.

you had this thing for 3month's. did you think of returning to place of purchase. there should be a certasin amount of time to get some warranty service.

i wouldn't mess with the bios.

what's cooling the cpu?

can you post a pic of them pc with the side off the case?
