Updating System looking for tips/recomendations

so my current system is just fine and i know that, but i figured while i was doing an upgrade to a gtx 1080, i   know i want to shrink my pc down possibly to M-Atx or M-Itx. Then as you know we all get that itch, am i going to get any benefit in gaming application/web browsing applications to going to ddr4, or a 6700k or a 6600k? if so which processor should i go for? this is my present  rig, http://pcpartpicker.com/list/cYc9NN presently i need to pick a new Case, Motherboard, model of 1080, i want to get a smaller power supply, something more efficient than my present model, which is massively overkill, and do you all see anything else i should improve as well, also my ram does not have its heat spreadders, so i figured i should put that out there, my favorite colors are white, rust, and green

I got a small compact 1080 build. 6600k will bottleneck 1080, so you should get 6700k

but that dosent help me when im trying to re use or see if its worth me upgrading in certain points of my build

How about this one? You can only reuse your cooler in this one though. Your present cpu will bottleneck your gtx 1080 worse than 6600k, which 6600k bottlenecks 10~15%.
