I recently did some changes to my hardware then reverted the change, then when i started the pc it wouldnt load the OS

I downloaded Windows 10 on a CD to Repair it, it worked, and it logged me on windows like norhing had happened, but now i restarted the Pc and the same bootmgr is missing came up.

What should I do? I can log onto my PC but its a painful procedure to do so.

Wipe the drive, reinstall windows, then restore your personal files from your backup(s).

Will Solve all problems, and will clutter free up your system :)
