Would the rx 460 be ok for video editing and music production? Im not much of a gamer, all i play is minecraft pretty much. But im looking for a gpu that would be fine for editing. I'm also considering a r9 380x since its cheaper than the 470 in the uk  and i dont want to spend alot since my machine isn't a gaming intended machine.

Is it a 470 or a 460?

It'd be great for handling HEVC if your software would support the hardware acceleration feature of the Polaris core.

For OpenCL rendering, I'd look a little higher (maybe 470 or 480) if you can afford it. Also get a fast CPU, lots of RAM and good storage. I heard the new GPUs are still having some issues with certain Premiere features (a fix from Adobe or AMD would probably come soon).
