I have a friend who asked if I knew of any art tablet's, I didn't off the top of my head so I came to you guys.

Requirements:

Some type of Android or Windows 8

Preferably a big screen

 

A lot of storage

$400 if there is one at that price, if not, the price can go up.  Just try to keep it low.

get something like a surface something something since it has win8 so you have i bit more room with the photo editing programms (i could be wrong)

I'm not about to disappoint her with windows RT, I suggested a Windows Surface Pro 2 before I knew her budget.
