Do they need a mic? What platform will they be used with? (PC, xbox, playstation, etc..) Do you want decent surround? (being able to hear where sounds come from) Do you want more emphasized bass?

Well if you don't care then why even ask for help, you easily could have just gone on amazon or google and found some random headphones under $40.
