Good enough PC for streaming CS:GO?

Hello, I'm currently planning to build a gaming PC for around 500-600€ and I was wondering if this PC would handle streaming CS:GO on Twitch.

Specs of PC:

CPU: Intel Skylake i3 6100 3.70 GHz Soc.1151
Motherboard: H110M Soc.1151 
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 950 2GB DDR5
Memory: 8GB DDR4 2133 MHz
Hard Drive: HDD 1TB
Case: Akyga AKY007BG Front USB 3.0
Power: Antec 500W
Other: PCI-express, SATAIII, USB3.0, LAN 10/100/1000MB

 

Note: My settings for CS:GO are all low but shadow quality, aspect ratio 4:3, resolution 1024x768

get a better psu, it should be fine but maybe somewhat laggy

i like it but my budget is max 600€ for the PC if i can get advice to change something like the CPU (because streaming is more cpu demanding) or psu

If you stream with OBS Studio just get the 1060

and let the GPU render everything instead of

the CPU since the i3 doesnt have that much 

power (compared to the 1060).

 

Build is slightly over your budget probably but

not by that much.
