i was thinking it something to do with drivers 
 

UPDATE

run malwarebytes no virus or malware detected / still running % clock speed, check with glassware no sign of any program using my bandwidth

I was right it was a driver issue. i had to uninstall all nvidia program including nvidia experience and physix then reinstall it back. It resolves it and it gave me massive fps increase since the previous driver was for my old gtx 970.  I thought i did uninstall previous driver. 

 

Hi, i just notice this recently that after i game ( even just few minutes and then i quit ) gpu usage is always @ 90 to 100 percent even at desktop. Is there anyone having the same experience?

Your saying that after you close a game it will keep the GPU usage high

Yes. it stay 90 to 100% even there is no programs running.

Likely you downloaded something you shouldnt and got a coin mining virus.
