So i have basic stereo speakers. One of them is main one which has power on/off button and volume controller. Also it has Audio and Microphone port on itself so i can plug headphones sometimes (i used it for short time and i don't use it for long time now). The Audio port is really bad and it makes the speaker (main one, where port is) not work like it should work so i have to spend like 4-5 minutes to make it work properly again. I need to like plug 3.5mm jack into it and out of it few times or make circles when it's plugged in and it makes the speaker work properly again. Does anyone have any idea how could i make this not happen so often?

So the issue is when you're plugging in headphones into the speakers themselves, not into the port on the motherboard.

I agree with keNNySOC, apart from trying to clean the port with compressed air/inspecting for damage/dirt, there's little you can do without opening the speaker up
