So I have two questions:

1. I don't have bluetooth in my desktop, so do I need it? (I think I do to connect peripherals)

2. If I do, I would like a internal PCI card that could go in a X1 or X4 slot? I looked everywhere and I can't find them, they say they are for laptops, so can you help me find one?

My motherboard is a Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 3.

I know its a lot to ask for but it will really help!

Thanks

You don't need internal bluetooth honestly. Only reason you would use it is if you were using bluetooth headphones, data transfer from phone or tablet, bluetooth keyboard etc.... If you must, then there is a gigabyte bluetooth/wifi combo card that is decent. I have one of these in my wife's build and it works flawlessly thus far.
