Watchdog violation

Hi I need help on what I should do my Pc keeps booting up into Windows diagnosing then freezes I try to go in safe mode by pressing f8 but motherboard just ask for boot

i pretty sure the violation happened to my anti virus

F8 will not let you into safe mode with anything above Windows 8. do you have installation media for Win 10??

and down the page, there is a create installation media option. 

 

follow instructions and boot from newly created media.

 

once media has booted you should be able to troubleshoot your broken windows

can be done easier

start the computer, at the logon screen, hold the shift button and press restart. will give you recovery "reset" options
