Crystal disk mark understanding ?

Hi guys. I would like to know how to read and understand what the crystal disk mark does and how it shows the data.

 

I know read and write speeds but I do not understand then the words next to them like 

Seq Q32T1

4K q32t1

Seq 

4K 

 

I would like to know . Thanks 

I think some may mean sequential. Thanks
