Suggestions for "Do it all" current build?

Wish I would have found this forum a few months ago, but this is what I currently have (and aim for). Any suggestions on optimizing would be fantastic

 

guts:

Asus X99 Sabertooth MB

i7 6900k CPU

64gb (8 x 8gb) Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2666mhz C15

evga geforce GTX 1080 FTW x2 with nvidia HB SLI bridge

512gb Samsung 950 Pro NVMe SSD (OS / apps)

4tb Seagate something or other local storage HDD

Creative Sound Blaster Z PCI-E sound card

Corsair HX1000i power supply

 

Case is Cooler Master HAF X

 

Cooling:

top mounted Thermaltake Water 3.0 Ultimate AIO, with 3 Noctua NF-F12's pushing up out the top (actually concerned because the rad end towards the front of the case has no mount points - it's just hanging)

top: Phanteks PH-F200SP x2

rear: Noctua NF-P14 redux

front: Noctua NF-A14 (mounted in 4ish 5.25" drive bays), BitFenix Spectre Pro 230mm

side panel: Phanteks PH-F200SP

internal: NF-S12B redux (on VGA cooling bracket mounted to HDD cage blowing over PCI-E slots)

 

Accessories:

keyboards: originally MS Ergonomic 4000, but recently got the mechanical bug and added WASD 87-key with Cherry MX browns, Cooler Master Quickfire TK with blues, and Razer Orbweaver chroma keypad.

mouse: Logitech G500s (love the weight and size, same as my old G500. Haven't found a more comfortable mouse yet)

displays: Asus PG348Q 34" curved 3440x1440 @ 100hz G-Synch primary, Asus PG278Q 27" 2560x1440 @ 100hz (yes I know it does 144hz) secondary. I want to add another of these on the other side for surround setup.

webcam: Logitech C920

mic: blue snowball

 

Sound:

Sound only goes out via DTS Connect on optical cable to my AVR to a 7.1 system around the room, so no PC speakers, and I can't really see headphones making sense at the moment.

 

It plays Minesweeper really well, and LTT YouTube videos are nice and crisp.

 

Any tips or suggestions on optimizing the setup?

haha thanks. I haven't been keeping track of the cost to be honest... just figuring out what I wanted and piecing it together over the last few months.

 

Do you have any suggestions for stuff I am overlooking or missing? AFAIK after adding the 2nd side screen i can't think of anything else that would complete the setup.

Still running Minesweeper just great. I swapped the SLI bridge to an EVGA one so the color would match but other than that i think it's really done. Haven't found a great guide on 6900k OCing yet so it's still running stock. While running WoW in fullscreen exclusive mode on at 3840 x 1440 I have been able to get the CPU cores up to about 34C max, but the primary GPU is running about 20 degrees hotter than the 2nd one (I think because one of it's fans is obscured by the sound card, so I am looking into a 1x PCI-E extender to move the SB-Z to the lowest slot on the case.

 

Anyway, I hope somebody will be able to offer some tips or suggestions. Kind of just threw this together blind but everything seems to be working just fine.
