Bluetooth not working?

So i dont know when my bluetooth stopped working on my computer but the story is, I bought a bluetooth usb thingy and it was working fine, I stopped using it for a couple weeks and now its not showing up on the bottom riight or in settings, I reinstalled the drivers nothing, I plugged it into another usb and it makes the connecting sound but nothing. any help?

i just tried and it worked fine, Its just my computer, Even after reinstalaling the drivers its not showing up

are you useing windows 10?

win10 is strange with bluetooth on some systems

if possible try repairing the os with a install disk/usb

did still not working, reinstalled nothing, Regedit to 6.2 still not working, did everything google said not working, Wtf.

then try with a fresh install of windows on the computer, if it's still not working the dongle might be damaged and computer is trying not to use it to prevent damage, some systems have this in place while others don't
