i have an NZXT phantom 630 window edition computer case i had some questions about water cooling like for a loop i need 2 rads correct and i was wondering what the best GPU block CPU block tubing fittings pump and res would be for a water cooling loop and in addition my case has 2   200mm Fans on the top of the case not inside but on top and i was wondering if i was to mount a rad on the top of the case under those fans could i keep them and still add another 2 fans on the rad if i faced them so they pulled the air or something?
