water cooling

i have the NZXT phantom 630 and i want to water cool it first what would be the best water cooling parts for it like GPU block CPU block Pump Res tubing and fitings and if i want to mount the rad on the top of the computer but the computer has 2 external fans do i have to remove them or can i keep them and have like a doubled air intake? if anyone can help me with this it would be perfect
