skipe killing youtube vids

when i use Skype video feeds someone times the video feed doesn't come up this happens to all other video feeds from the net (twitch, youtube, etc.) shortly after this causes my screen to turn off completely almost like it goes into sleep mode
Im using a Mac book pro 15-inch, Early 2011 model

it isnt the internet other computers on the same network are fine

Could be battery problems? Try doing it while plugging the power into your macbook.
