I'm pretty sure people know that macs have something called Turbo Boost, which I believe is something like a automated overclock for macs. I want something called Turbo Boost Switcher, which allows you do disable that overclock. I want to do this because I really don't like how my computer's at 95 C˚ now, even tho I only got 2 tabs open in chrome and nothing else, and I also want to switch off when I game because the game I run won't necessarily go over 60-70 C˚ on my mac air, but a different story when the turbo boost switches on. It goes over 100-104 C˚, and goes to 6500 RPM on my fan. I have downloaded Turbo Boost Switcher, but it doesn't work. I know only of 1 website with turbo boost switcher, and it doesn't work. Also, the top bar icon is not the same. Someone pls help me find turbo boost switcher, Thanks!

5 - 104*C is likely to cause damage
6 - you have successfully downloaded scamware.

Turbo Boost can be disabled this way

Also - that won't solve your issue, The reason for overheating is the GPU, not CPU. Your CPU automatically turns Turbo Boost off at 95*C.
